Hours
School hours are 9:15AM-12:15PM
Class Days
2 days – Tuesday and Thursday
3 days – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5 days – Monday through Friday
(Children may attend the 2, 3, or 5 day program, regardless of age.)
Fees for the 2010-2011 School Year
The following must be included with your registration form:
- $85 Registration Fee ($40 for SUMC members) – Nonrefundable
- $35 Activity Fee – Refundable
- Security Deposit – May 2011 tuition (see tuition below)
Tuition
2 days - $170 per month
3 days - $270 per month
5 days - $390 per month
Ages
24 months through Pre-K
Class ratios range from 10-16 students per 2 or 3 staff, depending on enrollment.
Toilet training is not required for the 2 year old classes.
Registration for the 2010 - 2011 School Year
Registration begins the week of January 25, 2010 and CWP families currently enrolled in the program and SUMC families may begin registration on Monday, January 25. Closing Policies

If FCPS open 2 hours late
|
Extended Day will open at 10:00am. CWP will open two hours late (11:15 am) and close at 1:15 pm. CWP & ME canceled.

If FCPS are closed
|
CWP will NOT open. CWP & ME canceled. Extended Day Program canceled.

*CWP reserves the right to disagree with Fairfax County’s opening policy during days of inclement weather. Traffic and weather conditions have been known to deteriorate between the time that our staff leaves for school (8am) and the time of student arrival (9:15am). Call the CWP office at (703) 569-3479 before leaving home. Opening preschool may put staff, parents and children at risk.
Additionally, if the CWP building is without water, school is closed. If CWP is without electricity, no parents or students will be allowed into the building. CWP will be closed if we are still without electricity by 9:45am.
