CWP&Me and Extended Day Schedule and Information

Extended Day

Springfield United Methodist Church Christian Weekday Program supports working parents and their need for quality childcare in a loving, Christian environment.  The child/teacher ratio is 8:1.  The schedule will include lunch, outdoor play (Social Hall for inclement weather), rest time, library, themed activities, and special events.  Students may attend the AM session and/or the PM session.  Parents provide lunch for their child/children that does not require refrigeration or Lunchables may be purchased for $2.50.  CWP will provide a mid-afternoon snack.

Hours

Morning Session 8:00 – 9:15

Afternoon Session 12:15 – 4:30

Registration Requirements

Only students enrolled in the CWP instructional daily program from 9:15 to 12:15 for the 2009-2010 school year are eligible for extended care on the days when they are registered.  Documentation provided for the morning program applies to the extended day program.

Fees

In addition to a $25 nonrefundable registration fee, monthly fees are due by the 3^rd Friday of the previous month.
